Pakistani Deep State’s Al-Qadir Trust Case: Verdict Announced Against Imran Khan

Imran Khan Faces Verdict in Politically Motivated Al-Qadir Trust Case: A Battle Against Pakistan's Deep State

0

The verdict in the Al-Qadir Trust case, initiated by Pakistan’s deep state against former Prime Minister Imran Khan, was finally announced after being postponed four times by the judge. This case was part of the establishment’s efforts to portray Imran Khan as corrupt and unpopular among the public.

The £190 Million Case: Weak Foundations and Political Nature

The £190 million case was the first initiated by Pakistan’s military against Imran Khan, but its verdict was announced last due to its extremely weak foundations. Previously, Imran Khan had been sentenced in several cases, but higher courts declared all these verdicts void and baseless, as the cases themselves were extraordinarily weak. One such decision was revealed to have been written in just a few minutes, despite being 75 pages long. Prior to this, a case was also filed against Imran Khan and his wife, Bushra Bibi, regarding their marriage during her waiting period (iddat).

Nature of the Verdict: Controversial and Politically Motivated

According to Pakistani court reporters, the verdict in the Al-Qadir Trust case was authored not only by Justice Rana, who heard the case, but also by others. Part of the decision was written in legal language, while the remaining portion was evidently drafted by the establishment. International media labeled the case as “politically motivated” and termed the verdict against Imran Khan as unjust on a global level.

Public Support and State Terrorism

The Pakistani military is attempting to break the “spell” of Imran Khan’s public support, but the people stand by him because he remains steadfast against lawlessness and military dominance in Pakistan. The military-backed government and its social media workers spent vast amounts of money on the media to portray Imran Khan as corrupt. However, despite intimidation, members of Imran Khan’s party and his supporters resisted state terrorism and continued to voice their stance.

Appeal in Islamabad High Court and Deep State Hindrances

The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has decided to challenge the verdict in the Islamabad High Court. However, the presence of Chief Justice Aamer Farooq, who has been accused of being a facilitator of the deep state and state terrorism, poses a significant obstacle.

Offer of a Deal and Imran Khan’s Rejection

The military and establishment repeatedly sent messages to Imran Khan, suggesting that all cases against him would be dropped if he accepted military rule. However, Imran Khan refused to comply. His statements have been banned from media coverage to ensure that his voice does not reach the public and that the state’s narrative remains unchallenged.

Highlighting Human Rights Violations on a Global Level

Imran Khan announced the formation of a 12-member committee to expose human rights violations in Pakistan to the international community. The committee aims to inform global organizations about the deep state’s grip on Pakistan’s judiciary, the manipulation of elections, the rubber-stamp nature of the National Assembly, and the misuse of the media against Imran Khan.

Revelation by a Renowned Journalist

Pakistani journalist Imran Riaz Khan revealed that the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) sent a few journalists with hidden cameras to witness the court proceedings in prison. The goal was to record Imran Khan’s reaction and provide footage to PML-N to portray him as weak and demoralized. However, eyewitnesses reported that Imran Khan’s wife, Bushra Bibi, remained composed and calmly ate chocolate while listening to the verdict.

Regime Change and State Loss

The regime change operation has cost Pakistan $180 billion. Imran Khan’s refusal to accept the establishment’s deal has placed him in further difficulties, but he has continued to stand firm against state control. The military has demanded that Imran Khan allow the current government to function, or accept a deal and leave the country. Despite these pressures, Imran Khan has categorically refused.
